Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement that encourages people to support the causes and organizations they care about. The Tuesday after Thanksgiving, which this year is December 2, 2025 used as a day to celebrate generosity with whatever means possible. For Non-Profits, Giving Tuesday has become a day of charitable giving, encouraging individuals, organizations, and foundations to contribute to support non-profits. If you are able, we greatly appreciate any donations!
Here's some information about where your donation could go. We have a wide variety of programs but below we dive into specifics of one program in each of our three pillars of Family, Health & Wellness, and Education
We at Greater Valley value the wellbeing of every generation of our family. Golden Living is our senior group that provides local seniors with educational, social, and physical activities!
$25 Can sponsor a local senior to attend cultural events around Pittsburgh!
Millions of people across the U.S.experience hunger daily. We partner with Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank to alleviate this hunger in our community. Every first Thursday of the month, we help feed dozens of families with weeks supply of pantry staples, vegetables, and dairy. We also host seasonal food drives for high volume times such as Thanksgiving.
